Introduction:
The Board of Directors of Western National Bank recognizes the basis of our relationship with you is trust.  As your financial institution we are entrusted with sensitive financial information and we know that you have an expectation of privacy in your dealings with us.  We respect your privacy and are committed to treating your information responsibly.  This will be ensured through the privacy policy outlined below.

Use, Collection, and Retention of Customer Information:
We collect, retain, and use nonpublic personal information about you in instances where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business or provide products, services, and other opportunities to you.  We collect this information from the following sources:
•    Information received from you on applications or other forms;
•    Information about your transactions with us and our affiliates;
•    Information received from consumer reporting agencies.

We collect and retain this information only for specific business purposes.  This information is used to protect and administer your records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand your financial needs.  

Affiliate Marketing:
You may limit our affiliates from marketing their products or services to you based on information that we share with them, such as information received from applications or other forms, information about your transactions with us and information from a credit reporting agency.
•    Your decision to limit marketing offers from our affiliates will apply for 5 years. Once that period expires, you will be allowed to extend your decision.
•    This limitation does not apply in certain circumstances, such as if you currently do business with one of our affiliates or if you ask to receive information or offers from them.

Exception For Service Providers:
We may disclose all of the information we collect (as described above), on customers and former customers, to nonaffiliated third parties that perform services on our behalf.  We have entered into contractual agreements with these parties that prohibit them from disclosing or using the information other than to carry out the services which we have contracted them to perform on our behalf.  
 
Maintenance of Accurate Information:
We have procedures in place to ensure that your financial information is as accurate, current and complete as possible.  If you believe any of the information we have is incorrect you should contact our customer service department at (432)617-1390 and any inaccurate information will be corrected as quickly as possible.

Employee Access and Use of Customer Information:
Bank employee’s access to information is limited to only the personally identifiable customer information required to conduct the specific duties associated with the employee’s job function.  We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality.  In addition each of our employees is required to follow our “Customer Relations Policy”, which states that all customer information is considered private and privileged and is to be used solely for the purpose of providing our customers with the finest service possible.  Employees who violate our “Customer Relations Policy” will be subject to disciplinary measures.

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information:
We do not reveal specific nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated parties, except as permitted by law.  The law provides for disclosure of nonpublic information under the following circumstances:

You request or authorize it;
The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you;
The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; or
The disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or required.  
We do not provide account or personal information to nonaffiliated third party companies for the purpose of telemarketing or direct mail marketing.

Maintaining Your Privacy in Our Business Relationships:
When the Bank conducts business with third parties, it requires vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them.

Providing Privacy Information to Customers and Responding to Inquiries:
