How long after I receive my Debit card can I expect my PIN?
The actual debit card and PIN are activated at the time that you receive your card.  You are able to select your own 4-digit PIN, which allows you to fully customize your PIN.  You will be provided with an 800 number to call which will allow you to select your PIN when you receive your debit card.

What documents are needed to open a personal checking account?
You must have a state issued driver’s license or ID as well as one of the following:  social security card, insurance card with SSN, credit card, utility bill, voter’s registration card, student identification card.

How can I change my address with the bank?
For security purposes, you must come by any WNB location and complete a form with your signature.

How do I issue a stop payment on a WNB check?
There are two ways to issue a stop payment:  through internet banking or by visiting any of our locations.

 

How do I order checks?
You can order checks on our website or by dropping a deposit slip or voided check by any of our locations. 

When will I receive my checks once ordered?
Checks take 7-10 business days to arrive.  Rush orders are available for a fee.

How can I add or delete someone from my WNB account?
To add someone to your account, you must accompany that person to any of our locations during normal business hours.  That person must have the proper identification reguired (i.e. state issued drivers license and one of the following: social security card, insurance card with SSN, credit card, utility bill, voter’s registration card, student identification card.)

To delete someone from your account, the account must be closed and a new account opened.

How long can an ACH debit be memo posted to my account?
They typically clear within the same day. However, it is possible for a debit to be memo posted to your account for up to five (5) days.
